Chapter 02 "at 21 we were immortal" is an exploration of space built purely through lines and a restricted palette. My goal was to distill the essence of Eastern Europe, capturing the very specific, unique architectural forms and landscapes that define the Polish environment.
To me, the East is inherently brutalist. It speaks through sharp angles and aggressive lines. The West feels like a completely different visual reality: driven by soft forms and the vibrant, artificial colors of Haribo gummies. By using simplified strokes, I wanted to strip the landscape down to its core, revealing the harsh but fascinating reality of the spaces that shaped us.
